We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the accepted methods listed on our site. Orders will not ship until payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all in-stock items promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, order volume, and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Large or oversized materials may incur additional charges.

Wensco Automotive Restyling is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

In summary:

• Full rolls and tools may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Cut-to-size material and custom-length film are non-returnable.

• All return requests must be submitted through the Refund and Return Form on our website.

6. Defective or Damaged Material

If you believe you received defective or damaged material, please complete the Refund and Return Form with photos and a description of the issue.
All defective material claims are handled directly by Wensco Automotive Restyling — you will not need to contact the manufacturer. We’ll inspect the material and issue a replacement or refund when appropriate.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep all product data, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update or cancel affected orders if needed.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws. You agree not to:

Wensco Automotive Restyling does not manufacture the films we sell.
Manufacturer warranties (such as from Avery Dennison, 3M, etc.) may apply where stated, but all warranty claims must follow manufacturer terms.
For defects covered by our Return Policy, we will replace or refund the item as outlined.
